Nano – nanotechnology

The technology for hardening of the components using the electromagnetic radiation increases the resistance of products to external factors, which, so far, have constituted serious risks for concrete products. Standard concrete demonstrates visible absorbability. The porous material is not resistant to moisture penetration. The NANO technology reduces absorbability to a minimum. The structure of the material is finer and the capillary holes are filled tightly with nanoparticles. Products protected in this way show extraordinary liquid repulsion properties. On the surface of the products, there is a clear water beading effect and the pollution can easily be removed.

H-plus – hydrophobic protection

The products intended for outside use are typically protected in the H-PLUS technology. H-PLUS water repellent technology:

  • displaces moisture,
  • decreases the absorbability at the capillary level in the entire structure of the material, thus increasing the frost-resistance,
  • prevents concrete erosion,
  • increases the resistance to salts and other de-icing agents.

Vapore – optimization of curing

VAPORE is a standard technology used in the POZ BRUK concrete prefabrication process. It is aimed at increasing the utility and quality parameters. For this purpose, the newly produced elements are transported to special chambers characterised by optimal conditions for concrete curing. The resultant hot and moist microclimate accelerates the process of increasing the preliminary strength of concrete, as a consequence of which the material can be packed and transported already after eight hours. VAPORE reduces the deviations in colours and eliminates primary efflorescences as the carbon dioxide contained in the medium supplied into the chamber closes some of the pores, sealing the mass and reducing the absorptivity of the material.

TiO2 – self cleaning properties

In the case of application of the TiO2 technology, strong oxidising reactions occur on the surface of the concrete used for the production of the precast concrete unit; they contribute to the decomposition of a number of organic contaminants. In this way, fats, oils, bacteria and exhaust fumes are neutralised. The residues from these reactions are flushed off by rainwater and do not constitute any hazard for the ecosystem.

Special recipes based on natural aggregates of various fractions are selected in such a way as to reflect the mineral composition of the stone. Our offer includes products based on basalt, marble, granite, dolomite and sandstone.

The finished precast elements can be subjected to treatment by brushing, sandblasting, grinding and polishing. Finishing techniques can also be mixed and slabs can be further customized by stencil sanding.


The prefabricated blocks are made from high grade concrete mixes produced on the basis of natural aggregate. Once they achieve proper strength, they are broken in two planes. This produces elements with even top and bottom surfaces and four side surfaces with a unique broken stone look. The vivid pattern of the melange colors is achieved in a one-of-a-kind technological process.
